There are some other indicators which also control the Bangladesh economy.

Bangladesh stock exchange

Bangladesh stock exchange is an important indicator that affects the Bangladesh economy. In the year of 2011 the security number of Dhaka stock exchange was 490. It comes at 511 in 2012. Then the issued capital increased by 15.7%. But at Chittagong stock exchange issued market capital falls by 4.39% in 2012. The Bangladesh Stock exchange has to face a big crash from 2010-2011. That time many people have to face bankruptcy.

Export-import sector

In 2012-2013 Bangladesh has exported petroleum products 24.1%, shoe 19.4%, jute products 15.7%, skin of beasts 15%, handmade products 14.6%, ready-made cloths 13.8%, engineering products 8.9% and more. Bangladesh mainly imports petroleum products. Bangladesh spends 35.52% of petroleum  import and 36.27% on usable products, 35.52 on raw materials and 38.75% on machining equipments.

Bangladesh Economic Council

All the reports here are determined by the department of Bangladesh Economic. The department is called Bangladesh Economic Council. The prime minister of Bangladesh is the head of this council and the minister of the council of minister is one of the members of it. Its headquarters is situated in Dhaka. Now there are 25 employees at the NEC (National Economic Council).
